Anna Fox, MA

Meet Anna

Each of us exists in an intricate web of relationships and life circumstances. Sometimes, those webs can feel difficult to navigate on your own, and therapy can help make it a little easier.

Whether you are starting therapy on your own or with a loved one, I aim to create a safe, judgment-free space, meeting you with compassion, warmth, and humor. We will focus on the strengths you already have and work together to help you live a life that is authentically you.

I currently work with relational clients (families, couples, parent-child, parent-adult child, co-parents, friends, etc.) and individual clients aged 6+, on topics including relationships; life changes; ADHD; anxiety; depression; parenting; trauma; and grief and loss.

I am trained in ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) and utilize this method to help clients heal from trauma, negative beliefs, and anxiety.

I have experience working with neurodivergent children and their families, families involved with child protection services, and families in reunification therapy.

Outside of my work in mental health, I love spending time with my friends and family—especially my nieces and nephew. I spend lots of time reading, gardening, embroidering, and planning my next travel adventure.
